Custom Pricing
We specialize in making hand-crafted custom cakes and due to the many hours we put into each cake the price for all Celebration Cakes is $3.25 per serving. Custom Celebration Cake pricing will vary based on the size, and detail of the cake, Price includes simple decorating (ribbon, personalization, etc). Our goal is to make your event truly memorable and will work with you to stay within budget and make your cake dreams a reality.
We can accommodate special requests for allergies, gluten-free, vegan, nut free. Our icing is always made fresh in-house and our cakes are never frozen. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our site please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email and let us know what you need.

Cake serving sizes are based on industry standard (4” Tall, 2” Deep and 2” Thick).
Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations to custom orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 15% fee: Sweet Escape will retain 15% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to start your order.
Changes to order:
You may make any changes that you wish to a custom order until 72 hours prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any additional flavors will be available if changes are made within 72 hours.
Cancellation Policy (Wedding Cakes):
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date. You may cancel your wedding day reservation until 15 days prior to your wedding and receive a full refund less the $50 deposit.
Changes to order (Wedding Cakes):
Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, servings counts, and design until 15 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must befinalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 15 day point.
Guarantees:
1. We GUARANTEE that your cake/cupcakes will be decorated to EVERY specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge.
2. We will ALWAYS take you through our 2 point check, when you pick up your cake. This means that we will ask you if everything is spelled correctly. We will go through your entire order with you, with a copy of your paper order in hand.
Pick-up waiver: Sweet Escape Cupcakery is NOT responsible for damage to any cake once it has left our shop. Cakes are made with ingredients that will MELT IN HEAT and cakes should never be left in direct sunlight or in a vehicle. For cakes three tiers or more, all cake transportation requirements (boxes, boards, foam pads, straps, etc…) are the responsibility of the person picking up the cake. Cakes should be transported in a cool and flat area with plenty of space (the floorboard of a car or backseat is not suggested). Any repairs or additionalcakes will be subject to additional fees.

Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
